Final Orchestra Concert Tuesday May 29th

Our Final concert is Tuesday May 29th at 6:00 pm
All students must arrive at the Gym no later than 5:15 for tuning.
Please be in your best Sunday Clothes
Boys slacks and a collared shirt-a tie if you have one is great
Girls a dress or skirt and blouse if ideal.  If you are a girl playing the cello please make sure you have leggings or tights for modesty.
We are very excited to show you what we have learned this year.  Please encourage your students to run through their music for the concert.  They have been instructed to play each song 15 times before the concert.  That breaks down into 3 times each for 5 days.

Advanced orchestra is participating in the annual orchestra festival at Northridge elementary school March 31

Make sure to play each of these songs three times every night.  If we all do this we will sound perfect for the concert.  Be diligent.  Practice is the only road to success.  

There is Orchestra this week

I announced that there is no orchestra on parent teacher conference.  That is true but I thought parent teacher conference was this week.  There IS orchestra this week.  It is next week that we have taken off because of parent teacher conference.   Thanks everyone.

Orchestra starts again Wed. January 15th for Beginning and Thursday January 16th for Advanced. Class times stay the same. See you there.

Orchestra Performs at the Christmas Sing Thursday and Friday All students must bring your instruments and music 8 a.m.

Beginning and Advanced orchestra will be playing at the Christmas sing!

Please bring your instruments and music Thursday and Friday.

All students must be at the school at 8:00 a.m. for tuning and set-up

Please wear what your grade has chosen for their performance.  Together we will look just right.
